I did the patch after netqmail-1.05 renamed qmail-1.03 to netqmail- 105. Do I need to reinstall from scratch?
If you're saying you applied qmai-ldap patch to netqmail instead of a stock qmail-1.03, then yes you need to start over. qmail-ldap is a patch for stock qmail 1.03.
