LDAP - MYSQL

Hi everybody, I have a server with qmail 1.03 and LDAP patch (openLDAP 
1.2.11) on linux 6.1 and I need migrate it to new server with qmail, 
vpopmail with mysql support... my question is:
How can I get the users/pass information from LDAP server and then export it 
to mysql?? is this possible??... what the steps are to do it?????
