When I run slapcat I get all information from ldap db, but I have the passwords encrypteds, there are some way to make and have the password on clear text?
The LDAP was configurated with crypt option and I need to have a backup to certain passwords on clear text format....

You can use slapcat then use tools like greep, sed awk to get the mail: and the password. Then you can use php to insert the new data to the mysql db.
Can i now why are you changing from qmail-ldap to vpopmail ? I was using vpopmail with mysql but then change to qmail-ldap. The reason for my was that vpppmail don't work well with procmail, also I changed to qmail-ldap because i can use it on a cluster environment (some mailboxes on one server and other on a second server). the only thing that would like to have on qmail-ldap is the vdeloldusers command.
