Hello Rajkumar,

You need to set RBL enviroment variable in your ~/qmail-smtpd/run or
set in smtp.tcp and make the smtp.cdb.

I preferer to use rblsmtpd instead control/rbllist because this
program return the TXT INFO with the IP blocked in the comments.

$ dig TXT 102.196.94.220.bl.spamcop.net
102.196.94.220.bl.spamcop.net. 2048 IN  TXT     "Blocked - see
http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?220.94.196.102";

$ dig TXT 102.196.94.220.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
102.196.94.220.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org. 3600 IN TXT
"http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=220.94.196.102";
