Ok, maybe I am stupid here, but I can't find the problem. I have for the second time installed qmail-ldap. This time I am using the default run scripts (they are easier to use than my own), and they seem to work fine for starting the daemons...but I cannort get it to log anything.
I have just linked the /var/qmail/boot/qmail-smtpd etc. to my /service directory...but nothing gets to the logs...I cannot do a svc -u /service/qmail-smtpd/log, I just get "svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-smtpd/log: file does not exist" I have tried to do this: /service/qmail-smtpd/run | /service/qmail-smtpd/log/run, and that works....maybe I am overlooking something?
