You can direct all the exchange account to the same Maildir in the
qmail-ldap machine, and then run on this maildir a software called
"serialmail" that DJB did. Schedule it in your cron to run every N minutes.
This way the messages just will be removed from the maildir if they were
accepted or permanently refused by the exchange server.
