I believe this was already an issue some years ago (according to list
archives): when ldapcluster ist activated and courier is used with
auth_imap, users get disconnected when they enter a wrong password.
BUT only if the connection is done from a remote host! Everything
works as expected if I run a telnet session on localhost...
That's what happens when a wrong PW is entered:
