For me I had originally set my qmail server up based on qmailrocks.org
setup. So I am doing spam with qmail-scanner-queue.pl which is called
from my /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtp/run using the QMAILQUEUE patch.
And in their it calls spamassasin.

For magic-mail spam setup you would create control files in your
/etc/magic-mail/control directory. You can get a list of these files
from:
http://www.linuxmagic.com/opensource/magicmail/magic-smtpd/manual.html#t
th_sEc5.4.2

You will want to start reading from 5.3.
