The problem is that RELAYCLIENT variable overwrites
SMTPAUTH="AUTHREQUIRED" so I can relay without auth.
I want that ALL users in LAN must be authenticated to do relaying.

It's true that this does not apply when A sends local message to B (local
too). In other words, SMTPAUTH is SMTPAUTH remote, not SMTPAUTH local.

I'm using lastest Qmail-Scanner (2.08)

When user authorized, qmail-smtpd sets RELAYCLIENT, when RELAYCLIENT
was set, qmail-scanner doesn't run SA.

You don't need two qmail-scanner
1) You may setup smtp auth - SA will not run for authorizated users.
(it's must be your preffered choice)
2) You may set RELAYCLIENT in your superserver for internal mail. But
this will allow send any mail to anywere.
