no one can help you figure that out without more log/debug info. Watch your qmail-send/current and /var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine.log during your tests What is it you -expect- to happen that's not happening? No offense...I'm just thinking out loud here...maybe you're "polluted" by sendmail/mbox way of thinking and you're looking in the wrong place (/var/mail)? Look instead in /var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine/new|cur|tmp and/or /path/to/test-user/Maildir/new|cur|tmp??
