[Qmail-scanner-general]Qmail Inject Problem

Hi Folks,   I'm fairly new to all this so please bare with my incompetence :) I'm using qmail, qmail-scanner, vpopmail, macafee.   I can send and receive normal emails with no virus attachments, but as soon as I send an email with a virus attachment nothing happens no response no nothing.   As you can see below by using the ./contrib/test_installation.sh -doit test config by emailing 3 tests both scanners have the same problem that the emails with no virus attachment are going through fine. I've spent hours trying to nut it out and have given up.
