[Qmail-scanner-general]Scan outgoing only

Hi there,
Is it possible to tell qmailscanner to scan only incoming mail (and pipe outgoing emails directly to qmail-queue) ?

My server is also being used to send emails to our mailing list, and it's very painful to send a few thousands of emails through qmailscanner/uvscan.

So the question stands: is it possible to bypass qmailscanner when sending locally?
