[Qmail-scanner-general]scanner/resource problems

HELP!
Whenever I set qmail-scanner-queue.pl to run via the qmailqueue variable I get the below error, yet the tests work fine. I have also tried slowly upping the soft limit all the way to 30 megs to still no success.. any help would be greatly appriciated
