Your are right, I had been running Q-S and re-installing with different options if it didn't work. That does appear to be from the installation. All installs appear to have been completed successfully, and the 3rd party software (clamscan and spamassassin) worked as well. I ran the test_installation.sh script and it worked. That said, I just don't see entries in the qmail-queue.log file to deduce this further. The DEBUG variable is set to 1. Any thoughts?
what exact config options are you currently using? Try --log-details yes --debug yes
You should see info in your qmail-queue.log (or syslog) like:
