Howdy list,

It would be nice if the silent_viruses_array was populated
(or replaced) by a CDB or DBM constant database for relatively
fast lookups.

This way we wouldn't have to reconfigure or edit the Perl script
for each new virus and version release.

I've worked with CDB files using Python before, but never Perl,
so unfortunately I'm not the man to implement it right now.
