This will still scan all incoming messages and tag them appropriately while stopping the double-tagging on forwarded mail.

SA is not writting to the subject at all I have it turned off. Its 100% qmail-scanner doing it.

(qmail) with SA 2.63 and Qmail-scanner 120
ALL settings are SERVER WIDE ONLY
