the problem was with the permission on /usr/bin/reformime
I simply chmod -s /usr/bin/reformime and all is well
perhaps a FAQ ???
Good! I'm happy for having solved your problem! I have put 10 days into this .... I'm write some email at qmail-scanner-lists, 2 email at J.H. but nobody has answered to me! (Except J. Staudenmayer ....)
Slowly slowly I have circumscribed a problem, and I have found a solutions! I think that is a very good idea write this problem under Official FAQ, because this are a very unreliable problems !
