I have a qmail server (mail1) now, it is quite busy, so I would like to setup an email gateway server (gw1) which has anti-virus and anti-spam only, after emails are filtered by the gateway server (gw1), it will forward to the Qmail server (mail1). How to setup the gateway server? (using Qmail)
In the GW1 add to the files:
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts
domain1.com domain2.com domain3.com domain4.com
/var/qmail/control/smtproutes
domain1.com:mail1.domain1.com domain2.com:mail1.domain1.com # domain3.com:mail1.domain3.com domain4.com:mail1.domain4.com
You can Ip address or FQDN after the ':'
