Almost every site I've been to in the last 3 years could do with a massive overhaul including changing uids. Your attitude only adds to the work that such an overhaul entails. That's why its such a big deal. Other programs can be easily reconfigured with find, grep, and sed. Qmail has to be recompiled and reinstalled, a waste of skilled time. Such time isn't free, or even cheap. -Peter
