Yeeks!  I was vehemently wrong!  .... new (as of 01 FEB 1999 anyways) ....
I guess I'm behind the times -- apparently ORCA DUL has become a MAPS
project.  Sorry.  Last I knew, Paul Vixie was hostile to all non-MAPS
DNS-based blocking.
