I think we'd be glad to hear why someone needs an open mail relay and to
propose another solution for you or improve qmail.

I wonder why Sam in particular did not point you at his maildrop.
Look for maildrop at Sam's page anyway: http://i.am/mrsam.
You can also use procmail.
