SYNTAX
rblsmtpd [ -b ] [ -R ] [ -r domain ] [ -t timeout ] smtpd
[ arg ... ]
commands encased in []'s are optional.
that means that the only necessary argument to rblsmtpd is "smtpd", which is
in your case, /var/qmail/bin/qmail-smtpd [ arg ... ]
