OK, it wasn't clear what you had in mind. Dan already has an announce list
<ftp://koobera.math.uic.edu/www/lists.html#qmailannounce>, and IIRC he
subscribed everyone on the qmail list to it when he set it up, although I
could be wrong. Is that the idea provided it get archived and the archive
pointed to as "read this first"?
