One difference:
On this list it is permissable to send an email that says:
"Your an idiot"
"That is off-topic"
"That is way off-topic"
"Take it elsewhere"
"RTFM"
"Your posting is against the rules of this list"
On my list it will not be permissible to send an email that says those or
similar such things. Any subscriber who does so would be asked to leave by
me.
