I am at the INSTALL.alias portion of installing the Qmail.
The following commands used for Postmaster, MAILER-DAEMON and on...
~/alias/.qmail-postmaster
~/alias/Mailbox
Is the ~ for user (/home/username/alias) OR for Qmail (/var/qmail/alias)?
If it is for the user, is it root?
