One user can't get her mail

Odd thing, this: of all my qmail users, only one can't get her mail. The
syslog shows the message being sent for delivery with the error message:

"unable_to_chdir_to_maildir_(#4.2.2)/"

I'm using Maildir delivery for all the users, all with the same $HOME
dir setup (ie. Maildir and .qmail file per qmail docs) and everyone
else's works.

What's wrong here?
