Did you check the file permission?

Qmail is pretty picky about permission for a good reason.
The error complains about the fact that Qmail is not able to "chdir" -> go
into the directory.
This is usually the case if the permission a screwed up.

Another good catch is that it works with everyones else, but not with one
use.
Thus I blieve this one user has either permission problems, or the directory
does not exists at all ;-)
