Questions about logging

Hi,
1)      Is there any tool to set a more readable format of a timestamp than
accustamp does (or some to      convert).
        I'm using 'cyclog' for logging.


2)      How to log the username and and hostname from apop connection when
using the 'qmail-run4' scripst's??
