The problem seems to lie somewhere with tcp-env. Here is a line from my
logs:
Oct 10 23:23:57 tjacobs tcp-env[1184]: refused connect from
shell11.ba.best.com
So, it seems like tcp-env is actually refusing the connection. Any ideas
on how to debug this further?
