quoted-printable encoding

Hello,

        Is there a patch to automatically decode quoted-printable and
remove the:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

header?

(some of the users have odd ball japanese mail clients which have problems
with charset="iso-2022-jp" webmail becoming unreadable)
