qmail-send is already sufficiently verbose to see why messages aren't
being delivered.

Then you're either looking in the wrong log files, or your logging
isn't configured right. Making qmail-send more verbose when you can't
see what it's saying now is kind of silly.

So, where are looking for qmail-send's logs? Should be /var/log/qmail
with an LWQ installation.

What brought that up? Try "MANPATH=/var/qmail/man man tcprules".
