Another reason to avoid RPM's and use INSTALL or LWQ.

"qq" here is /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue. Do:
ls -ld / /var /var/qmail /var/qmail/bin /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue
You can also try running /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue to see what
happens, but it can be hard to kill if your shell doesn't have job
control or you don't know how to use it.
