Qmail-pop3d

DEar,

I am using Pop3d, and i try telnet to port 110.
And then :

user alex
+OK
pass xxxx
-ERR this user has no $HOME/Maildir
Connection closed by foreign host.

Iam using redhat 6.1 + with sendmail and I uninstall sendmail with RPM
and I install qmail with RPM. What's wrong with my configuration?
