This is a flawed test. Qmail accepts this email, but it does *not*
relay it. At the time of receipt, qmail-smtpd does not know in detail
what local addresses are valid. Given the complexities of dot-qmail
files, including .qmail-default files, it can't reasonably know. So
it accepts anything for a domain that's in rcpthosts, and it gets
sorted out later.
