The tcpserver

I searched the file for tcpserver and the only line that matched was thi:
    cdb -- rebuild the tcpserver cdb file for smtp
which I imagine isn't too useful.

Since you followed life with qmail,

No, Slackware.  I put the qmail script in /usr/local/sbin.
