Did you try to look in to your /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains and
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts
check if those domains is in there.
It should look like this.
#cat /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts
xxxxxxxxx.com
xxxxxxxxx.net
xxxxxxxxx.org
#cat /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains
xxxxxxxx.com:xxxxxxxxxx.com
xxxxxxxx.org:xxxxxxxxxx.org
xxxxxxxx.net:xxxxxxxxxx.net
