The two sections you deleted were the precise ones we need to tell you if
you are an open relay.

Until you post the real output of qmail-showctl, we can't tell you for sure,
but seeing as "mtco.com" does seem to be one of your domains, and this is mail
addressed to a user in that domain, why on earth would you think that this
"test" indicates you are an open relay?
