as far as I saw, TMDA _requires_ the sender to use a special
taged recipient address. QSP doesn't require that. Both
TMDA and QSP are targeted for single users.

For a server wide system with at nice web interface, have a look 
at oSpam :-)  (mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED], & check the other post on
the list)
