Concurrency problem

Hi All,
I currently have 21 qmail-remote running. There is a 2Mb link out of the
data center, and this is currently the only active machine.
Is something misconfigureded or do I need to change something? I am not able
to handle my queue fast enough.
The Machine is a Alpha DS10 6/667 1024Mb Ram Running Tru64.
