Sigh. You need to tell us a lot more about how you've installed and
configured qmail before we can possibly answer this.
You can find out what to include in a good problem report by looking
through the qmail list archives (find them through a link at qmail.org).
In the meantime, you may want to read the manpages for qmail-send.
