That's 10.0 - 15.0 -- those numbers are _not_ percentages.

Yes. See djb's newer instructions and FAQ on his site, or see "Life
with qmail" at http://lifewithqmail.org. You want to install
daemontools and use multilog, skipping splogger entirely.
