Something happened to one of your service directories. log/run means
that svscan sees the given service directory as sticky (0.70) or that it
contains a direntry named log (0.75-6). But log/run doesn't exist, so
starting the logging process failed.
smtpd failing to exist -- did you remove "smtpd" from /service?
