the error message says that log/run doesn't exist
# ls -alh /service/qmail-*/log/
# ls -alh /service/qmail-*/log/run
# tail --lines=200 /service/qmail-*/log/run > attachment.txt
[ the tail command includes the filename, because that i use tail and
not cat ]
