Qmail open relay test

Hi.

I'm testing a mail server, running qmail 1.03, as an open relay.

My test fails on:
mail from:<foo@[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]>
rcpt to:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the server IP address.

I need to block the mail from address.
How can i solve this problem ?
