The MAPS RSS service focuses on relays, but requires a contract with MAPS
nowadays. It also requires a patch to rblsmtpd that I've never gotten
to work right.

The RBL itself lists sites that are spam sources, and is much harder to
get into. If you're looking for a low-population list of just the most
egregious spammers, this is probably the one for you.

Personally, though, I've had very good results with ORBL. I think that all
the ORBx sites are now independently run, and I haven't had any problems
with them. Their scans don't seem to cause me the same sort of trouble
that Russ is having with ORBZ, so I can't really comment on that directly.

As for which is the "best" list to use, YMMV. I use RBL+DUL+ORBL, and have
been pretty happy with the results.
