Few ISP mailservers I trust. Lots of ISP mailservers have, at one time
or another, felt a need to prove they were not to be trusted.
Hereby I would like to offer anybody with a static IP that is on the
DUL relay access to my qmail server, which I myself at least consider
reliable.
