Are you sure someone was spamming through your server? How did you come
to this conclusion? Show us the log entries for qmail-send which show
the spammed mail.
Then, post the unedited output of qmail-showctl, and any tcprules
databases that you might be using with qmail-smtpd or other network mail
front ends. Also tell us exactly how you installed and configured
qmail, and what services you're running (smtpd, qmtpd, qmqpd).
