Given some of the wording in your message, I'm going to take the
opposite tack from Charles -- looks to me like a user you intentionally
set up relay for used you as a spam host. Am I correct? If so, I would
point him at the Acceptable Use Policy that he had to agree to, and
point out that UBM is not permitted, and terminate his access to my
relay. If you permit relay for outsiders, you cannot really stop them
from spamming effectively AFAIK, except through rigorous enforcement of
an AUP. 

BTW, if I'm off base, please be more specific than 'domain user'. :)
