Yes, I did the 'qmailctr cdb' to reload the database each time.

Greg, I put the iptables up for a few minutes while I was waiting for a
reply (paranoid, I guess). Would you mind checking again (all the iptables
are dropped right now). I'm not sure what RST stands for -- perhaps you're
saying the packets were dropped or something?
