qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0)

I'm running virtual domains mail service with Qmail server on linux box.   Recently when I send mail from local to remote, I have found the following messages,            "qmail-inject: fatal: qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0)"     and the following log message is added continuously in /var/mail/maillog.   Sep 14 19:44:16 secure qmail: 1000464256.115985 alert: unable to opendir mess/13, sleeping... Sep 14 19:45:06 secure qmail: 1000464306.166012 alert: unable to opendir mess/13, sleeping... Sep 14 19:45:16 secure qmail: 1000464316.175981 alert: unable to opendir mess/13, sleeping... Sep 14 19:45:26 secure qmail: 1000464326.186007 alert: unable to opendir mess/13, sleeping... Sep 14 19:45:36 secure qmail: 1000464336.196005 alert: unable to opendir mess/13, sleeping...
